Evaluation forms for Non-Unit faculty and administrators
Non-Unit Evaluations are to be completed by June 30th each year
Below are different types of non-unit evaluation forms. Your department or unit, with permission from your college/unit head, may use these or other forms approved by Faculty Relations to evaluate administrators or non-unit faculty.
Note: Employees within a college/unit performing similar functions MUST be evaluated using the same form.
